I just write to extend my appreciation.

When I reserved at Sempione hotel I was in a hurry at a last minute itinerary change and was bit afraid that of the service. I tried to reserve at other hotels but because it was a last minute reservation I had not many choices so I basically reserved at Sempione due to closeness to Airport.

Sempione hotel turned out to be one much more than expected, it was one of the most hospitable places I have been and the food in you restaurant was also very high in our expectations.

I have travelled all over the world (Asia, United States, Canada and Europe) before, mainly for business and your hotel is far more superior to other hotels in Europe that claim to have very fancy 4 o or 5 star facilities at price tags that are five to ten times higher and believe me if i say that you hotel has a human touch that others can not offer even at unbelievable prices.

I take this time to thank you and congratulate you for this excellent customer service and look forward to stay with you again on my next trip to Milan.
